1. Using this website
By using moveyourselfstorage.com.au (or any related site we operate), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Information on the site is general and may change. Bookings are always subject to availability and suitability approval.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry or reservation request does not guarantee a space. We may accept, decline, or offer an alternative bay. A storage contract is formed only when we confirm the booking and you accept the Storage Agreement and set up payment.
3. Accuracy of your details
You must give true, current information about yourself and the item you want to store, including dimensions where we ask for them. We may refuse or cancel a booking if details are misleading or the item is not suitable for the allocated space.
4. Pricing
Prices on the site are starting prices, include GST where applicable, and may change. The amount payable for your booking is the amount shown before you complete payment.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it unreasonably, or submit abusive content). We may block access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and layout are owned by us or our licensors. You may view them for personal use in connection with a genuine enquiry or booking. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Liability
We take care with the site, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, other than liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
